paella

1- I,ve prepared a dish, about paella
2- The ingredients of my dish are: rice, prawns, mussels,.oil and a pinch of salt.

4- The style of cooking.We can add saffran to the dish
-I prepare the paella over low heat .

6- The difficulty of this dish is hat we have to control
 the quantity of water and rice.
